At Jango.com.pk, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7‑Day Return & Refund Policy, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
1. Return Eligibility (7 Days)
You may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The product is unused, unworn, and in original condition
- The product is returned with original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is provided
Returns requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling
- Products showing signs of use, wear, or alteration
- Clearance or discounted items (unless damaged or defective)
- Items without original packaging or missing accessories
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery
- Share your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable)
- For wrong item or damaged product claims, a clear package opening video is mandatory
- Our team will review and confirm return eligibility
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions
Unauthorized returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, or defective), return shipping will be covered by Jango.com.pk
- For all other valid returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges
We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking.
5. Refund Policy
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or bank transfer (as applicable)
- Cash-on-delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.
6. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to stock availability and follow the same 7-day eligibility criteria. If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.
7. Order Refusal & Failed Delivery
If an order is refused or repeatedly undelivered due to customer unavailability or incorrect details:
- Shipping and return costs may be deducted from the refund amount
- Jango.com.pk reserves the right to limit future COD orders
8. Policy Abuse
Jango.com.pk reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds if fraudulent activity or policy abuse is suspected.
