3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Shipping charges are applied separately as mentioned on the Shipping Details page.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders affected by incorrect pricing.

Orders paid via Online Bank Transfer may receive priority processing and promotional discounts.

4. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

  • An order is considered confirmed only after payment verification or order confirmation communication.
  • Jango.com.pk reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or incomplete customer information.
  • Customers may request order cancellation before dispatch; once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are delivered within 3–5 working days across Pakistan (subject to courier conditions).
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control.
  • Accurate shipping details are the customer’s responsibility; delays due to incorrect information will not be our liability.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Returns and refunds are governed by our 7-Day Return & Refund Policy.
  • A clear package opening video is mandatory for wrong item or damage claims.
  • Items returned without approval or outside policy terms may be rejected.

7. Order Refusal & Failed Deliveries

  • If a customer refuses delivery or remains unavailable despite courier attempts, shipping and return costs may be deducted from any refund.
  • Repeated order refusals may result in restriction or disabling of Cash on Delivery (COD) service.

8. Promotions, Offers & Coupons

  • Promotional offers are subject to specific terms and validity periods.
  • Only one offer may be applied per order unless stated otherwise.
